Osteopathy is an alternative method of health care based on the management of musculoskeletal conditions and overall wellbeing of an individual.

The whole person is taken into consideration during osteopathic management and aims to optimise the bodies ability to heal along with preventing re-injury

Commonly used techniques include:

soft tissue massage, stretches, manipulation and

articulation of joints.

Hands on treatment is used along with home exercises and lifestyle advice. These may be given to prolong the effects of treatment and aim to reduce any reoccurance of injury.
